2. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate project information, lawful content and any required permissions. Customers are responsible for accounts, domains, trademarks and third-party services they control.
3. Meta and third-party services
Where our services connect to Facebook, Instagram or other third-party platforms, functionality depends on those platforms, their APIs, permissions, policies and availability. Customers must authorize only accounts/assets they control or are permitted to manage.
4. Payments
Fees and payment schedules are agreed before work begins. Third-party platform charges, advertising spend, hosting and domain charges are separate unless expressly included in a written proposal.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed, customer-specific deliverables are supplied according to the agreed project terms. Third-party libraries, fonts, APIs and services remain subject to their own licenses.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use our services for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorized access, spam, malware, impersonation or infringement of another person’s rights.
7. Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of our website or third-party platforms.
